* Paper Submission has been closed..
* The authors will be notified of the Paper Review Result (Notification of Acceptance) on August 10, 2010.
* If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must complete the Pre-Registration for the conference and submit the final version of the paper for the Conference Proceedings, no later than September 15, 2010.
Please note that, if these could not be done by the appointed date, the paper will be eliminated from the Final Program.
* All paper submissions should be done electronically only through the APMC 2010 Website. The entrance of the "Paper Submission Form" is at the bottom of this page. Hardcopy submissions or e-mail attachment submissions will not be accepted.
* Make sure that the paper, including figures, tables, and references, does not exceed the 4-page limit. Papers should be prepared in a PDF file, with the file size less than 1MB. For PDF files, use Distiller and select "embed all fonts."
* Submissions should be done separately for each paper, not for each author.
It is acceptable that one author submits two or more different papers separately, but similar papers by the same author(s) will not be accepted.
* In the Paper Submission Form, you will be asked to choose one paper category for your paper. (See the list here.)
* In the Paper Submission Form, you will be asked to enter 3 to 5 keywords that would describe your paper. Please refer to the "IEEE-Approved Indexing Keyword List".
* In the Paper Submission Form, you will be asked to enter the "abstract" of your paper within 1,000 letters. Please be careful when entering it because it will be directly used for the "Abstract Book," which will be printed in book form for the conference participants. (As for the Conference Proceedings, it will not be printed in book form, but published electronically in CD-ROM or USB Memory Stick.)
* A confirmation message will be automatically e-mailed to the corresponding address as soon as the submission is completed.
It sometimes takes hours for the message to be delivered to you, so please wait and see for 24 hours until you receive it. If you suspect that the message is not properly delivered even after 24 hours, please contact the APMC 2010 Paper Submission Services with the paper submission registration key of your paper.
* All the papers accepted for the APMC 2010 sessions (Oral or Poster) are to be included in the IEEE Xplore database, under the condition that the presenter comes to the conference site for the presentation.
* The Template (sample paper) is available from here.
* Prepare your paper in "English," which is the only acceptable language at APMC 2010.
* Be careful not to use any double-byte characters in the paper file, including "double-byte spaces."
* If the paper file contains any unreadable characters (garbage characters), it might not be peer-reviewed by the TPC.
* Do not put any letters at the header or footer part. Also, do not number the pages.
* Use the A4 paper size for your paper, which is 210 mm (8.27") wide and 297 mm (11.69") long.
* The top margin should be 19 mm (0.75") and the bottom margin 43 mm (1.69"), and the left and right margins 14.32 mm (0.56").
* The paper must be set in two-column format with a space of 4.22 mm (0.17") between columns. (For further settings, please see the template.)
